Barry Fish
Barry M. Fish, T.E.P., B.C.L., LL.B

Barry M. Fish graduated from McGill University with both civil law and common law degrees. He is the senior partner in his law firm, Fish & Associates, which he established in 1973. Since the beginning, Fish & Associates has been a Will and Estate Law Practice.
 
Barry is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and has a lengthy experience in the field of estate disputes. He is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
 
Barry is the co-author of four books concerning estate matters, which have received considerable media attention. The Family Fight, Planning to Avoid it was co-authored with Les Kotzer and published in 2002; The Family War, Winning the Inheritance Battle was co-authored with Jordan M. Atin and Les Kotzer, and published in 2006. Where There’s an Inheritance was co-authored with Les Kotzer and published in 2009 and The Wills Lawyers… Their Stories of Money, Inheritance, Family, Greed and Betrayal was co-authored with Les Kotzer and published in 2014.
 
Over the years, Barry has participated in numerous radio and television interviews and private seminars involving the subject of wills and estates. He is also a valued contributor to various newspapers and magazines.
 
Barry is married with two children and two grandchildren.
