Les Kotzer, a Wills and Estates lawyer since 1989, joined The Law Firm of Fish & Associates in 1989.
 
Les Kotzer graduated from University of Toronto in 1978 with an Honour’s Degree in Political Science. He then proceeded to University of Windsor Law to study law. Les graduated from the University of Windsor Law on the Dean’s List in 1987. Les was called to the Bar of the Province of Ontario in 1989.
 
He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. 
 
Les is co-author ( with Barry M. Fish ) of four books. The Family Fight… Planning to Avoid It, The Family War… Winning the Inheritance Battle, Where There’s An Inheritance… Stories from Inside the World of Two Wills Lawyers and The Wills Lawyers… Their Stories of Money, Inheritance, Family, Greed and Betrayal.
 
Les is a regular guest on TV and radio across North America including Newstalk 1010 (the Barb Di Guilo show). He has appeared on CNN, Fox News and has been featured on CTV national news as a Canadian success story.

Les has been featured in a number of written publications over the years as well. Some of these are The National Post, The Toronto Star, The New York Times, Time Magazine, Newsweek and Fortune Magazine. He has also co-authored many articles in newspapers and magazines including GOODHOUSEKEEPING Magazine.

Les Kotzer was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal on Jan 31, 2013. Watch a video of the medal presentation to Les on YouTube.
